My Shipping Info is Incorrect/Has Changed

If you need to update your shipping address, please email us at support@dr3aminclothing.com with your order number and the updated shipping address.
If your package has already shipped, please contact the shipping provider to update the shipping address. If the package is returned to our distribution center, please email us for reshipment.

I Would Like to Change an Item

To request a change in your order, please email support@dr3aminclothing.com with your order number and details of the item and/or size change.
If the item is sold out or in production, we will not be able to change the size.
Please contact us as soon as possible.

When Will I Receive My Package?

Shipping time varies based on the release.
The item descriptions will always include an estimated production and shipping time.

What Countries Do You Ship To?

DHL - Ships anywhere in the world.

USPS - Ships to most countries; however, due to COVID-19, some destinations may be unavailable.

Dr3amin is not responsible for the payment of duties and taxes.


International Shipping

Please include a phone number at checkout for postal services to contact you if needed.

Dr3amin is not responsible for the payment of customs or VAT fees. These fees vary by country and cannot be calculated in advance.

By processing an order, you agree to pay any applicable customs and VAT fees.

All orders are final as they are one-time releases.

Exchanges & Damaged Items

We do not accept item/size exchanges. If you were sent the wrong size, please email us at support@dr3aminclothing.com.

Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Please attach photos and send them to support@dr3aminclothing.com.

Dr3amin is not responsible for normal wear and tear of purchased items.

If you have received an incorrect item or experienced another issue with your order, please contact support@dr3aminclothing.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Include a picture of the items and your packing slip.

Out of Stock Items

If your order includes multiple items and one or more of them are out of stock, we will issue a refund for the item(s) not in stock and ship the rest of your order.

No refunds or returns are accepted. All sales are final.

Pricing, Discounts, and Refund Processing

Prices may vary based on when an order is placed and when the payment is processed.

Orders and refunds are processed in US dollars. Dr3amin is not responsible for differences in exchange rates.

The amount paid at checkout is non-negotiable.

Dr3amin will not apply retroactive discounts to processed orders.

Discount codes and site-wide sales apply only to orders placed after the start date and before the end date of the promotion.

Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied later. Dr3amin is not responsible if the code is not entered at checkout.


Refund Processing Time

Refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on how your bank or financial institution processes them.

If Dr3amin has processed a refund and you have not received it after 10 business days, contact your bank or credit card company to check if it is still pending.

Currency exchanges may take longer than 10 business days.
